WHEN DO YOU HOLD LIVESTREAM SALES ON FACEBOOK?

At Affordable Crystals we hold our Facebook Lives every Wednesday & Friday at 8pm AEST (Melbourne) to showcase selected or requested crystals, please like and follow our Facebook page, we also have an Affordable Crystals facebook group in which you can join

HOW DO I PURCHASE DURING A LIVE SALE?

Please comment SOLD in the comment section on Facebook with the corresponding item number of the crystal you wish to purchase EG ; “SOLD 732”. Comments not made in the above format may not be accepted & someone else may get in before you so please be sure to use the correct format when making a purchase . Please also note that the person who will be classed as first will be the first person we see that has written Sold with the item number .

Also please remember that your comment may appear first on your screen but its not always going to be first on ours - please understand that this is beyond our control however we will always make every effort to scroll back to see who’s comment was first on ours in case we missed it .

If you are new to our LIVE sales please send a message to our page with your email , postal address & phone number directly before our Live or after your FIRST sold comment, we need this information if you would like to keep adding to your order and for invoicing.
If you change your mind & do not want the items you have said sold to. Please let us know as early as possible during the live or immediately after - However please don’t comment sold during our live sales if you have no intention of following through with your purchase, this will get you banned from our future livestream sales and our Facebook page. You will still be able to purchase from our website but will loose your opportunity to grab yourself some bargains during our live sales.

WHAT IF I ASK TO SEE SOMETHING AND YET SOMEONE ELSE SAYS SOLD BEFORE ME

If you have asked to see something you are given priority to purchase it. We believe this is how we can make it fair for everyone involved

 

MY COMMENTS ARE NOT GETTING SEEN - WHAT DO I DO?

 

If you feel your comments are not being seen or "filtered" please, try logging out of Facebook and logging back in again.

You can also try re-send the comment, due to many comments being made, it is easy for us to miss a comment or the comment not showing up on our feed at all, please don’t take this personal.

Unfortunately, this could be due to either Facebook comment filtering. internet dropouts or Lagging, which are all beyond our control,

We are sorry for this and hope that the above information will help to get your comments seen by us so your time during our live is enjoyable.

We have also blocked out comments that may be offensive in order to make every one’s time on our live as pleasant as possible however Trolls can still make their presence known from time to time & we will report & block them as soon as admin is made aware.  

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR MY LIVE SALE PURCHASES?

We will send a message to you with your Total owing & various payment options within 48 hours of our live ending, you will then have STICTLY up to 3 days to finalise your purchase before items are returned to the shelf.
Unfortunately, we cannot hold your items beyond this time frame as we need to either replace the item purchased by the purchase of new stock or make room for new stock and simply don’t have the spare room to hold onto it. 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU HAVE

We accept most cards, pay over phone. Pay ID, Direct Bank Transfer, Afterpay. C.O.D & Paypal.

CAN I PAY FOR MY LIVE SALE INVOICE VIA AFTERPAY?

Yes you can, You will need to inform us of your intention either prior to the live or immediately after so we can arrange to have your invoice available on our website within 48 hours of our live ending, we will message you when this is ready. You will then have 24 hours to complete this by going to the website & click on Live sales invoices, search for your name then add your invoice to the cart and follow prompts to checkout where you will be able to choose Afterpay as your payment method.Remember to click on pick up if your total is over $120 so you wont be charged for postage .

CAN I DO A LAY BY

We do not have the storage facility to offer Layby’s so we do not offer Layby at this time

.

CAN I ADD PRODUCTS TO MY ORDER AFTER THE LIVE SALE HAS ENDED?

Yes you can, If you see an item that was not sold during our live sale please message us prior to your invoice due date, if the item is still available we can add it to your order and update your invoice.

You can also add products that are listed for sale on our website, simply search your name or invoice number and add it to your cart and then continue shopping and adding other items, when you are done follow the prompts to checkout.

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?

Yes, you can pick up your order. We will need you to contact us so an appointment can be made.
